Right of Withdrawal and Returns
At Luscious, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your swimwear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- The hygiene liner must be intact and not removed
- Items must be free of deodorant marks, makeup stains, perfume, or damage
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
If your swimsuit doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer a size exchange (subject to availability).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items without hygiene liners
- Final sale or clearance items
- Worn or damaged merchandise
