Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Returns can be made either from a personal address or by sending the item to an courier office. The customer is responsible only for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Return (according to Article 57, p. 5 of the Consumer Protection Act):
The customer has no right to withdraw from the purchase in cases involving:

Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
This includes:

Underwear

Swimwear
-
Other personal-use items that come into direct contact with the skin and have been unsealed
